    for q.no 72, trypsin cleaves at R,K and chymotrypsin is W,Y,F but none of the amino acids shoudln't followed by proline.
    answer willl be 2,3

  2. These enzymes are endopeptidases. They don't cut at ends.

    in q84, pairing of 1 and 2 followed by 3nd 4 leading to attenuation by formation of rho independent terminator. and they have asked structure of TrpL when protein synthesis is inhibited..
    so ans should be 2.
    diagram shown in the explanation is correct but i.e. when transcription continues and CSIR is asking for atteneaution.

    In Q102. statements Aand B are correct.aquaporins form water channels..and some aquaporins like aquaglyceroporins transport uncharged molecules like NH3.
    statement B is incorrect because regulation by phosporylation is there also given in the helpbiotech explanation.
    so accordingly answer should be 1 .

    Q 72 substrate for trypsin,chymotrypsin was oligopeptide neither protein nor polypeptide where these enzymes shows endopeptidase activity.Oligopeptide used for protein sequencing. Answer will be 2,3.Explanation will be found biochemistry book by garret and grisham chapter 5 exercise.
